At Jet-Vac, the work continues after the sale. I connect people and information around the support customers need for their sewer-cleaning, inspection, and other specialized equipment.

01 / SELECTED WORK

Practical work.
Clear purpose.

A few things I’ve built to make information easier to find, responsibilities clearer, and follow-up easier to manage.

03SERVICE STRATEGYProposed framework

Signature Support.

Know who owns the next step.

I developed a proposed support framework covering case ownership, customer updates, and coordination across parts, service, warranty, and manufacturers.

DELIVERABLEA framework and leadership materials for discussion. Implementation and results remain ahead.

04CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPSResource built

Better conversations.

Start with the customer’s operation.

I created an organized outreach resource and practical conversation outlines for new prospects, current customers, and relationships worth rebuilding.

DELIVERABLEA structured resource and guides built around useful questions, clear ownership, and a next step.

02 / HOW I WORK

Get the details right.
Bring people together.

Some of the most useful work happens between departments. My job is to help make those connections work for the customer.

A REAL EXAMPLE / WARRANTY COORDINATION

One registration.
Several people.
A shared next step.

A 900 ECO combination truck had been registered for chassis warranty with the wrong in-service date. Getting it amended required accurate information from more than one place.

01

Identify the issue

The in-service date on the chassis warranty registration needed to be corrected.

02

Coordinate the people

I worked with the chassis dealer and our sales manager to gather the correct information for the amendment.

03

Connect the details to the next step

The work brought the right people and registration information together so the record could be amended.

That’s the kind of resource I want to be: someone who understands the issue and helps people work through it.

03 / IN PROGRESS

What I’m
working on now.

Current priorities alongside the projects above.

I.

Preventative maintenance programs

Program documentation is prepared, with technical accuracy under review. The next step is to resolve open details and incorporate the service team’s review.

UNDER REVIEW
II.

Clearer communication and handoffs

Bringing together perspectives from across the business to identify where updates, responsibilities, and follow-up can work better for customers.
